Once approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

2. Refund Method

All refunds are issued through the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing time.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Please keep in mind:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if all items from your order are returned.

• If the return is not due to our error, any return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
